Fluent in both English and Spanish, she ensures that clients feel heard, understood, and supported from their very first interaction with the firm.

Prior to joining Megan Thomas Law, PLLC, Karen worked extensively with international clients and U.S.-based organizations, developing expertise in client advocacy, account management, logistics coordination, and service optimization. Her experience working directly with individuals facing complex challenges has strengthened her ability to listen carefully, assess needs, and help clients access the resources and support they deserve.
