Adriana Pérez Ramírez leads the intake team at Megan Thomas Law, where she serves as the first point of contact for individuals facing some of the most challenging moments of their working lives.
She believes that every person deserves to be heard and that how someone is received in that first conversation sets the tone for everything that follows.
Adriana holds a law degree and a Master’s in Linguistics from SOAS University of London, with a focus on language, law, and power. She completed an internship at the Constitutional Court of Colombia, supporting judicial follow-up on landmark decisions protecting the rights of Indigenous communities, and has experience reviewing humanitarian immigration cases involving individuals seeking legal protection.
At Megan Thomas Law, she leads the intake team with clarity, empathy, and attention to detail, making sure that every person who reaches out to the firm is received with the care and seriousness their situation deserves from the very first conversation.
When she is not on a call or guiding someone through the intake process, Adriana enjoys tennis and exploring different cultures and languages.
